Full Care Plan

The Full Care Plan covers all of your regular dental health needs. 

The monthly fee will reflect your previous treatment history and is set once your dentist has conducted a full oral health assessment.

You will be covered for any treatments that may be advised to maintain your dental health, including your twice-yearly examinations, hygiene appointments, as well as any fillings or extractions.

If a crown or a denture becomes necessary then you will be asked to pay the technicians fee, but your regular monthly fee will cover everything provided by your dentist. 
Cosmetic treatments are not included in this plan, however maybe offered at a discounted rate.  This is at the discretion of your practice.

 

Conditions

The Full Care Plan for adults can only be offered once you have been assessed and you are deemed orally fit to join. Any pre-existing treatments will be need to be completed before your plan commences, or will be exempt from the plan going forward.

Worldwide Dental Emergency Assistance Support product (DEAS)

DEAS may provide the following benefits:

Emergency Temporary Treatment
Cover is provided for a patient requiring emergency temporary treatment administered by a registered dentist other than at the plan patient’s registered dental practice. *

Dental Injury/Trauma
If a plan patient sustains a dental injury/trauma, benefit may be paid for the cost of treatment up to the limits defined. Treatment must be carried out by the dental plan patient’s registered dentist. *

Hospital Benefit
If a plan patient is admitted to hospital as an in-patient following emergency treatment or dental injury/trauma, DEAS may pay a benefit for each complete 24-hour period. *

Oral Cancer
If a plan patient is diagnosed with oral cancer, DEAS may pay a benefit of £2500. * exclusions apply
